I have a question about the professional version. Is the Album Mastering function in the pro version basically a batch processor that applies the same template to all songs in a sequence to save time, or does it do something that cannot be achieved automatically with the free version?

(1)The batch processor does a good thing not found in single processing!
That is mastering Albums or Multiple files that need to be coherend.
And that is only one of the functions of the batch mastering, there are several tricks you can do.
One you start to know about Source and Reference choosen.
(2)One thing is batch master all files of an album.
Then analyze all mastered files again, batch all analyzed to one single overall reference.
And redo (batch all mastered files) again with this overal reference.
The first (1) step makes all files coherend.
The second step (2) makes all files smooth.
Both steps are good.
So you can see a user can decide a lot themselves.

So: WTF?????????????
What seems to work (after around 10 times the invalid floating point problem) seems to be to convert the file in question to flac and back to wav. That is completely nuts. At least 2 times that worked out for me. I cant explain and I dont believe it, because the resulting wav after the converting was exactly the same - as expected - as the original file.What seems to cause this error is when you try to master audio that has long periods of audio at 0db like if you have a long lead in or are mastering stems. The solution for me was to bounce my stems in real time individually instead of exporting, using an old version of Aams to analyze the audio and a newer version to master them (weird solution). I guess doing the live bounce made each stems 0 db lead ins slightly above 0db or something, but I still got the error message unless I used two different versions of aaas for the analyser and mastering
So: WTF?????????????
