Now imagine how life was before Facebook, Twitter, and internet forums. And i didn't even hear much complaining.
yes, you could just blame a bad phone line and hang up on unhappy customer and use their angry letters and faxes as an ass wipe.

convenient. but it's not 1987 anymore.

Post

Or people just didn't immediately complain on the net about everything trivial, as if their life ended, if they don't get to get their plugin today.

weak and irrelevant excuse for an obvious poor customer service from a company.

in 2018 or 1988, regardless.

Its Christmas, some companies take a holiday

Doesn't matter, the only thing that matters is the customer, and if he doesn't get serve after 10 minutes, the company must apologize on Facebook.

Hear hear, the king of complainers again.

Well, I still couldn't migrate my Mono/Poly, but I went with the Christmas spirit and bought legacy MS-20 :) I could buy it and pay for it after some tries!
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

you are so biased and defensive.

Korg representatives, is it you by chance, finally making it to internet forums? congrats! about time! we've been waiting since 199-whatever! don't be so bitter, though, behave yourselves! or you'll get banned. what's "banned", you ask? well...
the only thing that matters is the customer
that's right! for once you are actually correct. and you have answered yourself with your own words :hihi:

go cry to your mommy. you lost your argument with me, poor boy.

No, i just don't stubbornly see things solely from my own perspective. Call it life experience. Or just not being slow on the uptake.

For the rest of your paranoid post, no comment. Welcome to KVR by the way.

what's that? I don't hear you!

ah, wait, it's because I used one useful and convenient feature of this forum and flushed you like a stinker down the drain to my block-list. that's where trolls like you belong.

good riddance!

what's that again? I can't hear it. ah, you're down the drain, I forgot.

This page isn’t working :( Still.

Regarding Korg, I would say given that they issued the emails when they did, and that they are probably Shinto/Buddhists generally and not celebrating Xmas, I do think they should be on top of this. They could have waited for after the holidays if they planned on taking the time off. It will definitely hurt their relationship with a lot of their customers, so it isn't just bad for us, it ultimately is bad for them.
If you have requests for Korg VST features or changes, they are listening at https://support.korguser.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
