If you don't have to pay VAT, you can get the AAS Ultra Analog VA-1/VA-2 -> VA-3 upgrade from Time&Space for 24.26 GBP. Depending on the exchange rate your credit card charges that ends up being somewhere between 30 and 32$. This seems to be the cheapest way to get that upgrade.

Anyone know if this upgrade would work if I own Ultra Analog Session 2?

I just bought the ua session 2 -> va-3 upgrade from pluginboutique for £37, but I didn't get it immediately as I had to send them my order number and my session 2 serial number and wait on support sending me the new serial. It's $49 direct from AAS which works out a couple of bucks more expensive, but you'll get it instantly.

You have to change the currency to GBP.

Edit: and the session upgrade is 30.47 GBP without VAT at T&S.

It is a nice freebie. Fun to play with.

Against all reason this made me buy an eLicenser. Probably this was VSL's goal for this "freebie" (which this way actually is about 20€) after all...

I'm sure VSL didn't put this out to sell dongles. I'm pretty sure developers makes products like that as teasers hoping you will buy their products(In the case of VSL their products are in the higher price range. Selling dongle is not how they make their money). Or they made this as a thank you to their user base knowing it would fill a gap.

Personally, i hope they make more of those. For free if possible.
