Isn't it always the same with the normal Voucher & Then only usable once per Account.

Unfortunately my initial experience with PA has pretty much gone as badly as you could expect. When I attempted to purchase a plugin with one of the voucher codes, I ended up getting no plug-in, no invoice but a charge of $329 on my card. And despite multiple emails to PA's sales support, no human response has been forthcoming. It's going on 5 days now, so to me this is unacceptable. Yes, one of their automatic emails said there was a website problem and to expect longer response times. It reminds me of all the bad experiences people used to have with Crysonic back in the day.
I've contacted my bank about it. But really, at this point a screw up like this shows that Plugin-Alliance does not take timely responsibility for their actions, hiding conveniently behind an email barrier. I truly despise companies like this.
Strangely though, before I attempted to make this purchase, there was really nothing I could find in a quick Google that would suggest that Plugin-Alliance was being shoddily run and disrespectful to the concerns of their customers, or at least not this increasingly annoyed one.
Update: I received an email Thursday morning stating the false charge was refunded, checked my account and it was indeed refunded. So this took 5 days.

Not that this helps, but this is what I got from them yesterday. It seems you are not alone... and sadly as a result, the delays are probably because of how many people they have to resolve problems for.
HERE IS SOME IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL
Quite frankly the last promotion didn't run 100% smooth, mostly because of issues we had with external email servers and the voucher code system in our shop.
In some cases customers have been charged with list price for a plugin they ordered, as the system internally deleted valid voucher codes during the last step of the order. This should not have happened at all, and we apologize for it.
If this has happened to you, please let our ONLINE SALES SUPPORT know about it, and we will absolutely refund your order and work with you to make it right.
Please note that our customer support team is overwhelmed with tickets regarding the promotion, so we could take a few days longer to get back to everybody.
