I've sorted this now - solution to use the Selected Slot - Function which i had overlooked i was trying to configure it with the the Options e.g. Action 1MilksterX wrote: Wed Nov 10, 2021 10:53 pm Hi Jurgen, I'm trying to assign bitwig UI functions to a korg nanokontrol 2 controller but when I open the list of all possible actions / assignments there are far too many for my monitor to display (1080p) and can't see the ones I want to pick. Is there any workaround to this?

Thanks for your work on the new script for BW 4.1!
From your video I discovered we can navigate markers on the Push 2 which is really amazing (everybody go do this!). Is it possible to navigate more than the 8 markers that appear on the screen initially? A way to scroll through marker 'pages' in cases where a song has more than 8 markers.
Many thanks!

You need to use Shift+left/right cursor keys. But since markers do not have a select state, this makes not much sense. Will change it, so you do not have to press Shift.reflekshun wrote: Tue Nov 16, 2021 5:31 am Thanks for your work on the new script for BW 4.1!

Hi Jurgen,
Receiving an error as per the attached screen dump every time I am trying to add a NI M32 keyboard.
Any need for to deinstalling/clearing any potentially conflicting scripts? There is a only one DbM script in the Bitwig "extension folder".
Windows 10
Bitwig 4.07
DbM 14.1
Thanks
Jan

Something is blocking that port. DO you have any other utility running in the background?Lugerfish wrote: Wed Nov 17, 2021 6:50 pm Hi Jurgen,

You could also try to reinstall komplete driver and hardware services. Have you tried to unplug the USB cable and connect it again when Bitwig is running?

Hi moss, first: Thanks for your great work on the controller scripts! Second: I found a bug Controller: APC40MKII
Bitwig Studio 4.1 Beta 5 (Pre-Release)
DrivenByMoss 15.1.0
When turning the device control encoders on the APC40 the Bitwig status bar normally shows all controllers of the currently selected remote controll page. It does not do this any more. Currently only the name of the remote controller page is shown, but not the 8 device controls:
If I set up the 8 encoders with the Flexi script everything works as expected:
Thus I assume this is a problem with the APC40MKII implementation in DrivenByMoss. (This problem also exists with the build-in Bitwig script located at: https://github.com/bitwig/bitwig-extensions (https://github.com/bitwig/bitwig-extensions))
I am pretty sure it worked in Bitwig 3.x but I do not have an old installation to test.
Thanks very much and keep up the good work!

Hi sir I noticed that pinning the fire controller does not also pin the pads to a specific track unless the track arm button is enabled. Is that normal for midi notes? Is there a way to lock a track in armed state?

The flow of MIDI notes is not related to its' selection state. The selection state is 'only' for assigning the controller!melodyz wrote: Sun Nov 21, 2021 10:12 pm Hi sir I noticed that pinning the fire controller does not also pin the pads to a specific track unless the track arm button is enabled. Furthermore, MIDI input is not enabled by record arm but by the monitoring state of the track (which is by default automatically enabled when enabling rec arm).
If you need specific control, disable the auto-enabling of rec arm in the Bitwig settings and/or set your monitoring for the tracks individually.

HI @moss,
First of all, Danke ! for all your scripts and your youtube tutorials
It is a thing that I didn't find on your manual and tutorial about the Push 2. Is it possible to change clip settings like "next action" from the Push 2 with your script. If not, did you plan this, or is it a feature that the Bitwig API didn't allow yet ?
