I recently bought Bitwig Studio from Moogvoyager, and and this transaction restored my faith in humanity.

First, I decided to go, against my initial judgment and usual norm, with a friends and family transaction. This was especially unusual considering that even with the great and generous selling price, the cost was still substantial and therefore the transaction, risky. But Moogvoyager wrote some very professional correspondence, and being the middle class person I am, I decided to take the risk.

All was not smooth sailing however, although due in no part to Moogvoyager. Apparently, Bitwig had made some sort of mix up with the license. When I brought this to Moogvoyager’s attention, he immediately sprang into action, contacting his dealer and eventually Bitwig themselves, who resolved the issue within more or less one day.

So, if anyone is considering doing business with Moogvoyager, I can give my absolute 100% recommendation that you can purchase in full confidence, while avoiding any outrageous and unnecessary fees.
