Thanks, fst and Aloysius!
Plus, that's probably just about what it's worth to me, but I suppose that's another story.
Hell yeah!
Thanks to everyone that's keeping it to text in the main thread, too.
Bought... I missed out on this at half-price, so quarter-price really made my day.fst wrote:$20 deal (74% off) on TwistedWave audio editor for Mac has been extended to August 11 :-

And an even better deal... €75 worth of sounds I don't need for free?Aloysius wrote:http://www.sonokinetic.net/sale/

I also tried a number of times, using a download manager, but downloads kept stopping as completed while actually < 10% downloaded.valerian_777 wrote:I downloaded - maybe you try with a downloadmanager with resume?
Have purchasers of Sonokinetic products had similar downloading issues or is this an anomaly?

I guess I was lucky on the free Trailer Voice download.
We had it going down to two machines... one completed on the first attempt and the other choked.
I'm thinking about the Mallets for a little over $25.

I just got my Guitar Center UVI Synth Legacy DVD. Unfortunately, the RAR file containing the soundbank was corrupt. The appearance of the disc appears fine, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's a mastering error that affects other people as well.
It turns out if you register the product on UVI's website, then you can download the installer. Ironically, this file was also partially corrupt, but with WinRAR, I was able to successfully extract the "Synth Legacy" UFS file, which is all you actually need to play the library.

No demo. Also uses Pace, in case that is also a deciding factor. I quite like it personally.

I don't mind the Pace at all. Just no demo I cannot make sure I want it and it works properly with my setup. Saves me money though at least.

Actually, their FAQ says that software will run in demo mode until authorised. There's a download link for version 1.01 on the main page for Loom. That might actually work as a demo.
