Here's my latest track, updated with Satson...
http://lightsfadelow.com/track/want-radio-edit
and the original: http://lightsfadelow.com/track/want
Some notes: I'm preparing an EP for distribution on iTunes, Amazon, etc. and needed to remix this song with a tighter edit--specifically focusing on removing the extra-long intro. I took the opportunity to tighten it up and used satson extensively on almost every channel and every buss including the 2buss. I didn't JUST add satson in neutral for a perfect A/B comparison. But I did extensively use the EQ to clean up some of the harshness of the original, and used FAT and overdrive for effect.
Let me know if you like the new one better and if not, why?

The new one does sound "tighter"! You can really hear the difference when the beat & the vocals kick in. Maybe tighter isn't a good adjective. Maybe... it sounds more "focused". The first one sounds good... the radio edit sounds WAY much more like something that would be radio ready.
BTW.. I'm listening at work on a cheap monitor speaker at low volume.
Good job & I wish you the best of luck on wherever your music takes you!!!

I read more than post = I listen more than I talk

Definitely sounds 'better' (tighter etc) with the new version.
Preferred the edit musically too... the track benefits from a tighter arrangement.

Sad there is still no "bypass whole console" feature :/
I also don't get why they enhanced the GUI as it has already been among the best ones in the plugin world.
Not that I want to complain about it, though I would rather have seen useability improvements.
Cheers,
Doc

Thanks for the heads up. Haven't received a notification from the dev?
Anyway, downloading!
I hope he fixed the naming problem. In Ableton, Buss wouldn't be recognized in a PC saved project when opened on OSX.

"bypass whole console" would be very useful.

Along with the mentioned FRs (Bypass whole console), I would love to see a "modern/vintage" crosstalk switch in front. From the looks of the GUI, it's on the backpannel and globally saved. Not that great if you want to mix and match.
Still no demo version, still locked support section and no FAQ if there's a refund or not. Well, but it's good to see that the development doesn't stand still at least.
