A very interesting device and I do enjoy noodling about in it, but the interface and organization is really woeful. The fact that the same questions keep coming should tell the devs that it needs fixing.

You're welcomeMusical Gym wrote:Could you make multiple selections using Shift-click (adjacent phrases) or Ctrl-click (non-adjacent) and then drag multiple phrases to proper destination? (just a newbie idea)
I think I sent the question to the wrong mailbox (licenses).
I'll think about this, it's something easy to implement, but need think about the shortcuts/workflow for a while. I'll will come in one of the next updates.

The main Nora problem is its own "midi plugin" nature. Generally speaking, final user is not used to it. Other people can try to work with Nora as a host, and it is not a host.spirit wrote:A very interesting device and I do enjoy noodling about in it, but the interface and organization is really woeful. The next updates will be focused to do it easy for people that are struggling using MIDI plugins, without forgot another new features.

I have to disagree to a point spirit.spirit wrote:A very interesting device and I do enjoy noodling about in it, but the interface and organization is really woeful. The fact that the same questions keep coming should tell the devs that it needs fixing.
The Interface is actually quite cool once you get to grips with it.
The organization is something that can be ironed out in time, as they say "Rome wasn't built in a day"
Its true some of the same questions do seem to crop up but put yourself in the developers position until the feedback is in all you can do is craft something that makes sense to you.
I am quite certain in time the real potential of Nora will become apparent and the work Squareheads have put into their product will get the recognition it truly deserves.
Imo Noraharm is worth the asking price alone especially for newcomers to music theory.
There's a lot more to Nora than first meets the eye that's for sure.

A separate but very useful plugin.Musical Gym wrote:Is NoraHarm built in to Nora 2? I just bought Nora and don't know anything about NoraHarm yet.
I did notice when I first installed Nora that Nora Harm was greyed out, but there's a drop down that allows Nora Harm to be added to the regular install path.
I running Win7 32 bit with Ableton Live.

I would like to know this as well for Cubase.Roc77 wrote:How do you set up Nora and Nora-Harm with Cubase 8? Cubase is not covered at all in the manual. Thanks.
Who has gotten this to work with Logic? I tried but couldn't get Nora to send it's midi to another synth.

I don't know more than that myself.
Haven't started using it yet, but I will.

Some people have been complained about the interface, but they didn't specify nothing. I mean, if you say me: "hey I cannot find easily this option, it should be here", then I may try to fix it. Ofc, don't tell me "hey you should do this, because this product do it in this way". Nora is Nora and the other product is the other product. But if it's backed with a good reasoning I will listenkurodo wrote:The Interface is actually quite cool once you get to grips with it.
