Yes through File Silo
Some offers were limited time though and have expired.
I can confirm it seems to have expired, the key-request form being non-functional from my side at this point (which is a bummer cuz I bought a CM subscription to get it ), and the FileSilo team are proving unresponsive to help requests.
are you referring to slice eq? I just tried this and it worked fine. The filesilo download is a rtf file with a link, which leads to a page to enter my details. It then sent an email with a code to redeem at kilohearts, which I did and got a personalized installer.
Huh. Really? I’ve been trying for days on various combinations of browsers, machines, and even internet connections. All I ever get is “technical error” from the key request form. Bizarre...

I also experienced issues with accessing the download, but it seems it doesn't like either Firefox or the uBlock extension (this could extend to other ad blocking/privacy). Tried in Chrome with no extensions and worked OK

EDIT...
As below post, looks like it might be a timing thing, rather than browser etc.

Now that Kilohearts does its black friday deals, I started to investigate where is the best place to buy. I'm in such country that Kilohearts.com shows Euros, so if I go to https://blackoctopus-sound.com/ there are Dollars, so that's a better alternative.
One more check : everyplugin.com - they used to have more lower prices....
Phase Plant + Kilohearts Toolbox PROFESSIONAL is ~177 usd when I login, I see this price.
However their ultimate toolbox is not under 299, so if I go for the ultimate, currently black octopus is the best ...

Last year, Soundtoys' Christmas sale prices were higher than their Black Friday prices.
I am looking at Soundtoys. I hear good things about them. They are not one of the major developers like UA, Waves, et la.. but apparently do amazing products.

@ Uncle E, something you said some time ago leads me to believe there will be a Pianoteq additional instruments sale for BF. Am I correct? Will they leave it till the last moment?

i suppose it contains the currently available stuff, but maybe i'm wrong

Moddart rarely has sales and never mind-blowing discounts or anything like that -- even with the new release encouraging people to purchase extra instruments I'm not sure they'll change their offerings or frequency, who knows though. But they do usually put something out for BF.
Have you tried Vital?
