Just made a slight change to Zebralette to ensure backwards compatibility (automation). Hope that one doesn't break anything... (same download, mac only for now... Win in a few minutes)

Ready to go?

If anyone could have a go at Zebralette... maybe launch an old project with automation as see if it still works...

I didn't launch an old project but I will say new automation lanes worked perfectly on Windows/Reaper.Urs wrote:If anyone could have a go at Zebralette... maybe launch an old project with automation as see if it still works...

Hi guys,
some users reported problems with the Zebra release. So here we go, testing a hotfix:
http://www.u-he.com/downloads/Zebra251MacInstall.zip
http://www.u-he.com/downloads/Zebra251Winstaller.zip
- changing gui size + redo doesn't crash no more
- save preset on Mac should work correctly, always!
- Cubase 64 on Mac sees VST 32 bit
- Win installer allows for shorter paths
We have also moved the VST Mac into a u-he subfolder because Cubase was kind of hiding our stuff in its alphabetical list.
The problem with Cubase 64-bit on Mac was, uhm, weird: Obviously Cubase checks if a binary contains 64-bit data. And when it doesn't find a 64-bit VST it couldn't be bothered to look for a 32-bit VST anymore. As our binaries contain 64-bit AUs (not VSTs), Cubase would ignore our precious 32-bit VST plugs. Bummer!
Let us know what you think and hopefully we can upload the hotfix for everyone!
Cheers,
Urs
