Digital Osc: Full blown JP-8k oscillator emu with all 8 waveforms on both oscillators and no restriction of polyphony for any of them. Plus, wherever Control2 doesn't do anything or just modulates Control1 in the original, it does something else in Diva. Both Control1 and Control2 modulatable.
Put that thing through the OB-X filter and you have a great new palette of sound in Diva. Monstrous.
Are you extending the modulation range of the triangle mod oscillator? Because on my unit at least it has a very small range (if it were PWM, it would be like going from a minimum of 50% PW to a maximum of 60% PW).

Cool! Sooper sawz aren't really my thing but if it has the feedback and triangle mod modes, I'll be very happy.Urs wrote:Ok... I give up... Sendy was right![]()

It is a little like the Xzibit 'Pimp My Ride' meme ... It also has an interesting plain triangle that you can modulate. It's pretty unique.justin3am wrote:Cool! Sooper sawz aren't really my thing but if it has the feedback and triangle mod modes, I'll be very happy.Urs wrote:Ok... I give up... Sendy was right![]()

That's cool! I'm only really familiar with the osc modes that made it into the V-Synth. I have used a JP-8080 but it was before I had much experience with synths.Sendy wrote:

In one of my first posts to the U-He forum, I asked if Zebra could approximate the feedback osc of the JP8k/V-Synth. I love that sound!

is the OB-X filter the screwy 12db LP? Kinda squelchy .. in a good way? I haven't heard an OB-X for real in years.
If you have to ask, you can't afford the answer

Mine too. Wavetable synthesis is tragically underexplored in my opinion. A four-osc VS emu with vector envelope would be awesome.DocAtlas wrote:The VS would be my first choice for new oscillators. Maybe all four of them, with an intergrated vector envelope. I know it's not analog, but Urs did say that one of the upcoming modules was 'blasphemous', so maybe it will happen.Spitfire31 wrote:I voted for the Synthex, but my heart is yearning for the Sequential Prophet VS!![]()

My other top vote (as Urs has heard before) is for a Voyetra 8. I don't think that will happen unless one manages to magically fall into his lap.
Hear that, VS and Voyetra owners!? Send your synths to Urs before they die!

And send your Synthacon to Urs too !
All the synth lines in track/Lp are stunning. One of my fav record
