Very good! Love it! Reminds me of TD when I got into them 8)

Thanks heaps for the compliment Urs. That means a lot coming from someone who obviously knows a thing or two about synthesizers!!
I really like your Berlin Sequence Zebra demo track too. I think Zebra will have to be added to my arsenal sometime very soon. I purchased Diva a few days ago and will be certainly purchasing Bazille too.
Just wondering, did you get a chance to read my potential bug report? It probably got lost amidst the multitude of replies to this topic. Here's a copy of my post for convenience....
AusDisciple wrote:I guess this is the place to post potential bugs.

Last night, I was working on a new tune and had set Bazille filter cutoff controls to midi learn the 2nd modulation wheel on my SY77 which is controller no. 13 and it worked as expected. However, after I had saved the project (using REAPER 4.62 on Win8) and later reopened it, Bazille did not respond to the midi controller 13 data sent from the REAPER track. I had to reconnect my SY77 and do the midi learn process again. After that Bazille once again responded to the midi data sent from the REAPER track.

I thought perhaps the lock function on the cutoff knobs might 'lock' the midi learn state into those controls (I probably should read the manual to see what that really does) but that made no difference. Once I closed the REAPER project and reopened it, I had to go through the midi learn process again to get it to respond to the REAPER midi data. Even saving the patch after doing the midi learn process didn't help.

It seems Bazille is not remembering midi learn.

I forgot to mention this is with version 2370. I haven't tried with the previous beta.

Sounds cool. Reminds me a bit of Pink Floyd (a compliment).
Cheers AA. I was very much a Floyd fanatic in my earlier years. I had all of their albums and some on multiple formats!!

Hi Guys,

Is there a bug in the Envs, or am I misunderstand something.

If I set the amp env to:

A : 0
D : 25
S : 10
R : 0

Then everything works as expected, now if I raise R to 50 the Release increases but so does the Decay!

Crap, minijacks ... getting that Roland Vibe.
If you have to ask, you can't afford the answer

works fine here... if I play and hold the note I get the decay amount, and if I just tap the note, I get the release amount

The filters in Bazille are so flexible and musical! This is 1 Osc that is just a simple sine wave... The sound is created by modulating the filter by itself and modulating the filter feeding back into itself... (+ Bazille effects)

After using the new filter in the Bazille beta for a couple weeks now, I am floored by how good it is. The sound quality is top notch and the sonic versatility and expressiveness are unlike any software filter I have used before.

This audio example is a single Oscillator set to a simple sine wave. Only the Osc volume is modulated. All the rest of the sound shaping is done by modulating the filter. The BP filter output is modulating filter cutoff and the LP filter output is also fed back into the filter input. Cutoff is also modulated by a bit of white noise.

I doubt anyone will complain. 3rd party presets are a GOOD thing. It's nice to have options (and temptation). :phones:

Agreed, absolutely. I thought the same thing to myself already. In fact this is one of the most inspiring instruments I've had the pleasure of virtually touching. Really nice patch up there^^ I like the acoustic quality in it.

Woke up, took a dip in the sea, to dream about the shore I saw,

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

It isn't working here, I will email them and see what they say.

Cheers
