Not sure if you can do it with Bliss but u can definitely make an easy sampling with http://shop.samplerobot.de/product_info ... 157e9224bf
Or FL Studio's built in resampling function based on their DirectWave plugin

Maybe a better place for this thread would be the 'Hardware' forum ?

You don't think Trueno is an instrument?

Post

It certainly is. It's harware though I think, even if it's a big USB stick. Ymmv.

Anyways, I'd love to see more vids since I'm quite sure I'll buy this next month.

i just read the review written by BONES here and it remind me about trueno still very impressed by this demo song that IMO makes a lot for this instrument, reminding me of some of the progressive rock songs,

listening this short passage again and again, it just moves me to tears...

I don't hear anything that I can't get out of reaktor , talmod or any other well modelled vst .
I mean it's nice to have an analogue synthie on an usb stick , but that's about it .
My 2 cents
Eyeball exchanging
Soul calibrating ..frequencies

Great, except Reaktor costs three times as much and then you have to go through and find ensembles that can do what Trueno does from scratch. Tal-Mod only has 4 osc types so it won't be nearly as versatile. It does seem close with its other features but if the demo tunes on its site are anything to go by, it sounds way too clean. You'd have to be deaf not to hear what Trueno delivers over Tal-Mod. There is nothing in my VST arsenal that has anything more than a pale imitation of Trueno's sound.

I've always been a naysayer when it comes to all the bullshit people spruik about the sound of analogue synths but there is definitely some undefinable edge to Trueno's sound that I haven't heard in a synth, software or hardware, in several decades. I absolutely love it!

Krakatau, that demo tune is what convinced me, too. I must have listened to it 50 times (three times just now).

short tune, but highly emotional...and it reminds me of the golden age of progressive rock and the soloing mono Synth performed by, (among others), Keith Emerson and Rick Wakeman

What a cool idea, will certainly keep my eye on this

Trueno?

Grab it now while you still can :D

I have a thread about it too with a tiny review. And a link to a SOS review. And BONES reviewed it too lately.
Read.
Feel GAS.
