A couple of bits on the Inspirata download process

- You can tell if it's downloading (on Windows) if a process in Task Manager called Open Source Continuous File Synchronization is active on the network.

- Glitches meant that the Inspired Acoustics Connect app thought everything had downloaded, but various .temp files had not. Check in the folders to see if there are still things that need to be done - I deleted the .temps and then clicked the Rescan button and it's downloading those bits again.

Quite slowly.

I made an order at Thomann wednesday, now it's friday evening and still no word. Are they swamped, or did they sell the b-stock unit I ordered to someone else, and are now waiting for me to complain before they make a move (last time, I had to mail 'em twice before they canceled my order, weeks after ordering - when ordering b-stock from them you never know if it's still in stock until confirmed).

Inspirata working fine here now - nice sound and the interface looks quite well thought out. Would love to hear the separate source localisation working before I upgraded

Inspirata does not download here (Mac OS X Mojave). It remains at 0% forever, despite the fact that I have already downloaded two updates of the downloader app… I wrote to their support, no answer yet.

I bought something directly from IKM store. It shipped from the US. They sent an email stating delivery ETA 7 to 14 days. The thing showed up in 3 days.

Approximately 7% of regular price. Thomann is very fast to ship in my experience, so I'm expecting cancelation now. Sucks, if I had known, I would have picked up another b-stock item yesterday night.

Hey Rajiv, thank you so much for your suggestions, much appreciated. I am definitely interested in EZbass now. Demo would have helped, but it is not available (sent email to Toontrack regarding this though). I can wait for some time to see if I can get it for any lower, as it is a bit expensive for me right now. I agree that it is extremely unlikely they will discount EZbass this time.

Thanks, shidostrife. I had no idea, there was no mention on their pages or any of the forums I follow. They did not send me any mail or shgowed anything in my user reporting their issue.

In case it is useful to anybody else, I bought Ostinato Strings by Sonokinetic, they provided the download links but not any serial number. They did not explain anything in the user area, or mail or anything.

Forum member shidostrife explained that there was a problem with the serial numbers to be fixed in a few hours. No problem, I'll wait, thank you shidostrife and KVR.

I am sorry I made the mistake to publish in the wrong thread. Hink, SolarAxix and others are right. Apologies.
