LOL I'm from and still live in Southampton and I didn't even know there was a store here.WatchTheGuitar wrote: Sat Jan 09, 2021 2:13 pm I haven't really used them since the one shop in Southampton shut when they went tits up. I think that one store they have left in Romford is really just a show pony for a largely online European operation.

Yeah was in St Marys until about 5 years ago. The Guitar Store’s pretty much the only game in town for electrics now. Even they shrank from 3 to 2 unitsMikelo wrote: Sat Jan 09, 2021 4:17 pmLOL I'm from and still live in Southampton and I didn't even know there was a store here.WatchTheGuitar wrote: Sat Jan 09, 2021 2:13 pm I haven't really used them since the one shop in Southampton shut when they went tits up. Pompey’s much better served, just a drag to get to if you don’t drive

I remember M&M in St Mary's Street. When I was in my old olrock band in the late 80s I used to get all my bass and guitar gear from the guys there.

Hi guys! Happy New Year!
I'm considering buying Sonarworks Reference 4 Headphones edition, do you know if they do sales or if there's any coupon for retailes like JRR Shop?

Heads up to anyone who hasn't upgraded yet to AT5 SE, IK have placed it now in the Total Max 2 promotion going on now til Feb 1st. So basically, if you own any product over $99 with IK, and you have the jam points, you can get Total Max 2 with AT5 SE, Fender Collection 2, SVX 2 and Fulltone Collection in addition to Amplitube 4 MAX for $125.99. Oh, if you dont own any of them, you also get Syntronik, Sampletank 3 Max with Sampletank 4 SE, TRacks 5 Max, Miroslav Philharmonik 2, Modo Bass and Lurssen Mastering Console included at the same price. So $69.99 with Jam Points for Amplitube 5 SE or $125.99 For Amplitube 5 SE and the entire Total Max 2 Crossgrade.

All customers who purchase Total Studio 2 MAX on or after October 15, 2020 will receive AmpliTube 5 SE, which will load all other AmpliTube gear included in Total Studio 2 MAX, for free.GoldieK wrote: Sat Jan 09, 2021 5:49 pm Heads up to anyone who hasn't upgraded yet to AT5 SE, IK have placed it now in the Total Max 2 promotion going on now til Feb 1st. Great, so I own TSM2 but because I got it earlier this year I don't get it. My mistake was thinking the TSM2 was like Komplete with nearly all products from the company but boi was I wrong. I had expected a decent upgrade price but the upgrades are ridiculous.

They released TSM2 a couple of years ago. I wouldn’t be surprised TSM3 is around the corner after a long sale like this.Vleker wrote: Sat Jan 09, 2021 8:10 pmAll customers who purchase Total Studio 2 MAX on or after October 15, 2020 will receive AmpliTube 5 SE, which will load all other AmpliTube gear included in Total Studio 2 MAX, for free.GoldieK wrote: Sat Jan 09, 2021 5:49 pm Heads up to anyone who hasn't upgraded yet to AT5 SE, IK have placed it now in the Total Max 2 promotion going on now til Feb 1st. I upgraded from TS Max to v2 about 2.5 years ago. Still waiting on a v3 and seen them virtually give v2 away at way lower than I paid for TS Max originally let alone the $200 or so to upgrade. I think Rob Papen's Explorer is the best deal for users that buy it, upgrade from any explorer version for $99 and when you do get the latest version he keeps adding products during that version's lifetime. Compare that to being stiffed by IK.Vleker wrote: Sat Jan 09, 2021 8:10 pmAll customers who purchase Total Studio 2 MAX on or after October 15, 2020 will receive AmpliTube 5 SE, which will load all other AmpliTube gear included in Total Studio 2 MAX, for free.GoldieK wrote: Sat Jan 09, 2021 5:49 pm Heads up to anyone who hasn't upgraded yet to AT5 SE, IK have placed it now in the Total Max 2 promotion going on now til Feb 1st. ISTR them from the days of being 'Music Village' when I was still in school and drooling over those racks of keyboards and Jem guitars they hadWatchTheGuitar wrote: Sat Jan 09, 2021 2:13 pm I haven't really used them since the one shop in Southampton shut when they went tits up. A decent deal for Max 2. But quite frankly, after being a IKM customer for a few years now -- I am looking to limit my exposure to any further product ecosystems by them. It has been a bit of a rough ride.WatchTheGuitar wrote: Sat Jan 09, 2021 10:37 pmI upgraded from TS Max to v2 about 2.5 years ago.
