I'm not sure I thoroughly understand Groove and Feel, but if Groove is some kind of freedom to set the delay length, then yes, Coco does this easily. In regards to Feel, Coco allows to "rush" simply because the taps can happen earlier than the feedback - you can easily shift forward, independently for left and right taps. However you can't "drag" as the tap sliders won't go past the feedback point (which was a deliberate decision from my side... can't have a dragging delay).kvr@barder.net wrote:Here are the details - can anyone advise if Colour Copy allows these adjustments. Many thanks in advance.

Hi Urs and many thanks for the super-quick reply.
It's hard to explain these two features (Groove does not change the delay length, but offsets even beats), but suffice it to say, I use them on nearly every delay to add instant groove and feel. If you have access to EchoBoy, maybe as a demo, I think you would be interested to hear how good they are and consider for Coco (I usually turn Groove a fraction to the left and Feel a little to the right - works every time against a 4/4 beat).
Looking forward to hearing your further thoughts if/when you listen to EchoBoy (am already a Zebra, Diva, and Hive owner, and would like to add Coco, in particular for its ducking - an incredibly well implemented feature not possible within EchoBoy).
Kind regards.

Any news on this issue?groovyomega wrote:When the Mix control is locked and you tap through the presets, the control always seems to approach the 50% mark. After a few presets, the controller always ends at 50% if the locked starting point was smaller or larger than 50%.u-he-william wrote:Mhh. Between beta and RC we did some changes to the mix scaling to allow finer control close to 0% and 100%. To not mess up presets, this scaling is "compensated" for old presets. I'm quite sure that this is what messes with the lock. Will have a look tomorrow.groovyomega wrote:When switching through factory presets.u-he-william wrote:Argh, I think I know why. Fixed internally. Will see if we can publish a hotfix. Maybe in conjunction with the dark zebra update.groovyomega wrote:Any news on this issue?groovyomega wrote:When the Mix control is locked and you tap through the presets, the control always seems to approach the 50% mark. Groove: Feel and Shuffle affect the grid used to set delays to specific note intervals...not sure how else to explain it, beyond indeed listening to it.
This is into echoboy.

and whilst they are indeed related to triplet feels.
They aren't quite:

Just bought this. It sounds great!
Is there any way to lock the Mix knob at 100% while scrolling through presets. I am looking for this feature since I normally use delays on a send bus.

urs, do you think it is technically possible to use two feedback buffers, the buffer 1 with half of the size of buffer 2, feeding into buffer2?
