Has anyone tried to contact them? I asked specific questions, 10 days ago, and never got an answer. I used contact@bitwig.com (mailto:contact@bitwig.com), maybe that's wrong? Has anyone contacted them successfully?

That also could mean that a huge program like this may have serious issues in fixing bugs and future updates...
