Yes, I know. My idea would be selling the items that I already have, but it seems that it won't be a good idea, at least for a while.SolarAxix wrote: Sun Oct 03, 2021 2:50 pm Keep in mind that you cannot resell the free items you receive from IK as part of the group-buy and if you sell the item you purchased that gave you the free items, you lose all the free items you received from it as well.
That being said, a lot of people will most likely have what they want for now, so the resale market might be a bit down for a little while, but you shouldn't expect an huge influx of items for sale at very low prices in the future.

Don't give up so easily. Somebody managed to sell Syntronik Deluxe and Amplitube 5 Max on KnobCloud just a week or two ago. As far as I remember, these were 'account transfers', so they might have been self-made GB collections (yet it's impossible to have Amplitube Max even if you buy all GB products - a few amps and stomps are available only if you buy the Max directly), but right now, the same seller offers another Amplitube 5 Max for 180 EUR.waltercruz wrote: Sun Oct 03, 2021 2:57 pm Yes, I know. I was just considering resale my paid-for ARC3, after getting it once more in the promotion,..SolarAxix wrote: Sun Oct 03, 2021 2:50 pm Keep in mind that you cannot resell the free items you receive from IK as part of the group-buy and if you sell the item you purchased that gave you the free items, you lose all the free items you received from it as well.
Unfortunately I don't remember if the old one was entry for a another GB though
Is there anyway that I can see that 100 pct sure ?

Look at 'My Products' in your account page.HM wrote: Sun Oct 03, 2021 4:16 pm I was just considering resale my paid-for ARC3, after getting it once more in the promotion,..

Stuff that can potentially be sold will have underneath them a clickable box labelled "Serials/License".
Click on that and a window will pop-up and will show a red 'Transfer' button if it can be transferred.

Yes I agree, thats how you sell, and the entry-items can be sold, and apears this wayagharta wrote: Sun Oct 03, 2021 4:52 pmLook at 'My Products' in your account page.HM wrote: Sun Oct 03, 2021 4:16 pm I was just considering resale my paid-for ARC3, after getting it once more in the promotion,..

However, SolarAxix, whom I quoted, pointed out, that despite this fact that I could sell,
I would loose ALL the following free products that this paticular product once provided
Thus my question
I simply dont remember if my old ARC3 was bought as entry during a GB, and now I am
afraid to sell it, becourse it apears as any other normally paid products in the system
(My plan is/was to get a new ARC3 in this GB, and sell the old one I bought long back)

If you look at your account page it will show the dates when everything was registered.
That will show you what paid products were registered just prior to the freebies in a previous group buy.
You can find the dates of previous group buys on the Web.

Does anyone know the relevant authority for consumer law complaints under which Plugin-Alliance trades? I have an issue with them I wish to take forward

I believe there are only two choices... Your own local consumer protection and then theirs. I believe they are in Germany which is part of the EU.fairlyclose wrote: Mon Oct 04, 2021 7:43 pm Does anyone know the relevant authority for consumer law complaints under which Plugin-Alliance trades? Trillian - Spectrasonics - Are there ever any deals for Trillian? I don't remember seeing it on sale.
And is there any other place to buy it as a download other than Spectrasonics?
I have nothing against buying from them directly, but I'm just trying to do my price-shopping homework before purchasing.

Not certain, but I think Spectrasonics don't really do sales. Time and Space sell it:elxsound wrote: Mon Oct 04, 2021 7:58 pm Trillian - Spectrasonics - Are there ever any deals for Trillian? I don't remember seeing it on sale.

I would check the websites for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), California Attorney General's office, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Pretty sure you can lodge complaints with all 3.fairlyclose wrote: Mon Oct 04, 2021 8:14 pm thanks - I will have a look and see what consumer rights they have there and how difficult lodging a claim will be.
