So I think we might agree that Yamaha do not have complete discretion to direct Steinberg and its directors and employees. Does Charlie have sayso over who works for Steinberg in Hamburg? Or does Mr Hamamoto from Japan get to put his nephew in there? I'm guessing not and so I think Steinberg probably maintains some control over its own operations and working conditions. All this goes for M-Audio who are owned by Digidesign who are owned by Avid who are partially owned by Intel.Parading him through the streets naked? I would expect he has his price.
