This is just the tip of the iceberg. More to come as we continue to develop more drum and percussion samples. We will be releasing more small DK+ sets on a fairly regular basis, with the goal of having a truly great library a year from now. It just wasn't getting done trying to squeeze in the time to do a big one between other projects, even as those projects included the very samples meant for this one. So we're taking the multivolume serial release approach. Volume 1 includes Johan's basic Pearl kit, which has been the house kit here at my studio Electric naschyland for years and is heard in Dangerous Grooves, and its parts have been included in various dBu libraries, plus SliceKit hits from Dangerous Grooves and essential percussion like congas, bongos, cowbells, tamborines rototoms and more.
