Got it, you may not know the context for why I brought up this dinosaur thread. There was a recent thread requesting for Urs to do something with sampling, here's Urs saying he was planning to do something with sampling back in 2006.Kriminal wrote:Congrats on being able to read the date.

Later on I got an offer for "unlimited funding" for building a u-he sampler, when I figured that maybe sampling is just not what I want to do. (actually, the concept as merely a host-type thing, way over my head)
That said, several concepts for Zebra3 still involve sample import, but neither of these involves sample playback, strictly spoken.
