A major site that's down for more than a day coupled with the user base here on KVR,....something should have been said here. I'm not switching hosts soon - in relation to my last post here. Tracktion is really great. I will wait for the T3 release.nervous nellies
Perhaps this was just a crack in the system and now that it's been found will not happen again.

That's the longest that I have personally seen the Mackie site go down. I can't believe that anyone actually thought that they were going under. They are one of the most successful professional audio companies around, and won't be going anywhere soon.

Loud *is* Mackie ( + their high end and entry level divisions etc). The company is publicly traded (nasdaq ticker LTEC) so their financial info is published. Looks like they 've been profitable for the last few quarters so no worries for now...
