What I found out:
It happens only as long as you close it via the close button. If you then use the 'Escape' key on the keyboard once to quit the 'Bounce to audio track' dialog from that moment on also using the close button does not anymore create an audio track and part.
Well, absolutly just a minor issue, but maybe this helps Jorgen to fix this too.
BTW: Anybody knows if there is a way (shortcut) to select all parts of the selected track(s)?
