OK, just got dealt the Ace, and just got in for the lower price.
Now all I need is a new cpu. This is the best synth I have heard, and a new cpu will be worth it.
In the end, I just want the best sound possible, and Ace is it.

did it revert you back to demo mode? On XP it did. I had to reenter my username and serial number.

Little help here...downloaded the Mac AU demo, unzipped it and istalled it, fired up Logic 8 and for some reason ACE keeps failing AU validation. Here's the error summary that pops up. Keep in mind I'm running Logic 8 on an iMac with no VST wrapper, just AU:
