Ah i just read the info and understand now. I thought that on the interface with the round knobs you also had all the controls. I really don't like the horizontal sliders on all the plugins as it makes it look complicated and crowded.

Just my opinion :)
No no, it's a set of predefined simplified UIs specialized for some tasks. With the sliders it's complicated, some like (like me :D ) it, some don't. I like it, because it is easy to understand, as they fit well in the panel based GUI and can be resized. It is also quite quick to get approximate value you want if you know it. But knobs are fine too, it's just that they need lot more space.

Curiously, right back to V3, these plugins are still the only ones Ive got which will not install from a networked drive. Something about the custom installer just wont start up unless its on a local drive...

Yes, that's probable, the installer needs to access the "itself" so maybe that's the reason. To be perfectly honest, I don't really consider this a big deal as it's just the installation and 99.99% people do it from local drives anyway.

Its not a big deal at all, no. Just a curiosity. Completely stumped me when I first tried them, though, but its my own fault that I still make that mistake.

I have installed the new bundle of free plugins, and i must say i am very impressed : the analyzer and the eq are amazing !
And i am also enjoying a lot the new version of the convolution reverb.

Melda I am so happy you implemented the mouse features into your MEqualizer! :) But the EQ CPU usage is 25-40% in Jeskola Buzz! The old M-EQ was nearly 2% only.

96dB slope, f**king rad! :D

I also cannot find the simplified version of the MCompressor. Are there any plugins in the Free MPack that also have knobs now?
