This is why I am buying your other instruments. I want to use my ilok, can't stand the software ilok thing. I would not of bought them if not for this.

I have never seen this before though in any software company I bought from "Should you wish to purchase additional Support Codes please visit the AIR Web Store" You get one support code that is only good for 60 days then if you want support you have to pay for it.

also still haven't been able to buy because the auto system is broken and emailed two different places so far to get my code since trying that.

Hey there, we dont actually charge for support where did you see that? Might be some incorrect text left over from the Avid days or partner M-Audio has this policy but it doesnt apply for purchases on our website. Please note the Riser presently supports ILok the other instruments will do via a free update in the near future.

I think we have taken care of your code issue.

Just want to thank Brian, Chris and John at AIR for their help with an authorisation issue I had with The Riser...great stuff!
Really enjoying using this synth too, it's capable of so much more than simple swells, sweeps and drops.

I just went to buy this and was shocked to see I had to choose between PC and Mac versions. I regularly bounce between PC and Mac and every other VST I own came with both versions in a single purchase.

Probably for the best though as I really need to stop buying so many VSTs anyway...

Upon purchasing you will be eligible for both this is just to track OS's

ah glad to know, sent you email awhile ago about another of your products that I purchased the pc version for and would love to have a mac version as my 2nd install.
