Is there really anything new in digital world which was never existed before?!!

Possibly. Though computation speed doesn't have to match the rate of time that the simulated entities experience. You could run a simulation that takes 100 years to compute one planck time worth of time, yet the simulated creatures would experience time as normal. Likewise, if there was a break in simulation, but it resumed at some time later (which, if time is infinite, then it's guaranteed to), the simulated entities would not notice being put "on ice" because that downtime would not be experienced by them.

I would love to see a 3D physical modelling playground that lets you "piece together" a instrument using parts & components in a 3D simulated environment. I believe we have the computing power now.

Basically you could then interact with the objects and make noises and then program how the materials respond. For instance you could create a 3d rectangle shape, choose a certain type of metal for that, stick it between two felt pieces and then strike it to imitate a marimba. That piece would have properties you could click on and change, such as material type, the note it would play, whether or not it will break, etc. If you hit it with another object it will make different sounds just like in the real world. So the piece you strike that rectangle with could be assigned to a velocity sensitive midi controller and you would have programming control over the distance the object is from the material, and how hard it is actually hitting the target object and so forth.

Lots of other factors would decide on the actual sound such as the environment your "creation" sits in such as the room it sits in.

When it comes down to drawing the 3D objects in the environment I was thinking of making it easy to use similar to how Googles sketchup operates. I think this environment could be expanded on with addon packs as the developer designed more and more functions with new physically modeled materials and methods.

I think it could be done, but i think it might be too experimental for the average musician. Also to build something like this would require programmers with serious mathematical and acoustical physics skills.

Of course... we could just learn to build our own instruments and record them.

Even with this possible i am afraid we would end up with guitars and the like.

Well I would be creating strange devices that made eerie metallic drones with it, or strange percussive machines. Ah it would be my dream plugin but I doubt anything like this will be made anytime soon.

Wow, today i had a dream in which I listened to a strange instrument which to sound is more like pipe organ, but it is not it.
I even had close look at it's console.
The sound was generated i am not shure how but it looks like with out pipes like in pipe organ but with that strange thing i do not know even how to discribe it.

P.s. Ofcause this thing i saw is not the coolest instrument i saw during my life because i had dreams with instruments which i never saw or heared in real life at all and cannot compare them sound wise and look wise to anything which exist in real life!!!
(i wish i could take them and use them in real life!!!)

So i guess awrybody have a good potential to develop something new, because when we look at thouse great scientist who developed something great after examining their invention does not look too complex or too hard but they are great people because they developed something which not existed before or maby was thought by many people not possible, so all of us can do the same if we will start to work on that, if we do not then nothing will be done!

That's really insipirational. Im looking forward to the results of you actually doing what you preach.

Until you've done so, you're the guy who's done absolutely nothing, who needs to spend far less time telling other people that the ideas they had and the work they actually did needs to be changed just because you want something different.

Well i am musician and it is my job, yes i want to try to do some the best music possible can be done. And that's what i am trying to do now.
But if to speak for examle about Uhe, they are a plugin developer and this is their job. Would be cool if they would creat some plugins of instruments from my dreams!!!

P.s. I agree until i done in real life what i sey i want to do i worth nothing!!!

Absolutely no. Your dreams = your job.

You're talking about Tension, which is a synth in Ableton. (Though not quite as advanced as you described it's pretty close)

I am not a plugin developer or music instruments developer. I know nothing about it. So i never creat such things. While Uhe can! Of cause will they this is another question!
But i will try to do my job the best possible. Hopefuly others will do their job at list 0.5% of best possible!!!

As a good driver migh not know how to build a car i am musician do not know how to build instruments. Of cause i m not position my self as a good musician beacause right now i have nothing good to offer. Only my real work will jujge me but not my words!!!

But a good driver would know (or be able to learn) how to drive a car in the best possible way, even if it doesn't fit him.
Right?

Are you in essence disappointed that U-he isn't developing plugins you have imagined/seen/heard in your dreams?

And a good driver isnt going to keep saying things like "Hi Ford, I tried your Mustang, and I think it would be so much better if you put in the engine from an F16, and some combine-harvester blades because I dreamt of making haybales really f**king quickly. Im not an engineer, but this must be easy, right?"
