But it was in the 9.05 revisions notes: "Added status display to MRecorder, plus a drag & drop button to drag the target file anywhere."

Thank you for the nice work on MRecorder in 9.07!! 2 issues:

1. If you don't enter a file name or a recording location, MRecorder acts like it's still recording, but: where are the files and what are they called?

2. Where did the drag and drop button go?

1. Hmm, now that's a question

. Probably to "current path", meaning most likely the path of the host. I'll add it to to-do list.

2. D & D button is still there, see the arrow on the right of the display?

I searched for it for a while, too : the button with the arrow made me thought it was something to expand the GUI

I didn't think it could be for drag & dropping the recorded file to the host.
Maybe a hovering tooltip might help in this case ?
(I didn't see any mention of it in the manual).

Maybe with some kind of WAV file icon and a "drag to host" onmouseover tooltip, so it would be more obvious ?

I get a message saying that! (using it in free bundle)

I checked the drag & drop and I didn't really need an activation, it works "for free"
