Im pretty sure that any attempt to improve this will be pointless unless you persuade whichever relative it was bought you the expensive Mac Pro and soundcard to also buy you some decent hardware synths. For art at this rarified level, software is almost certainly inadequate. I've already suggested the OB8, but I think you need at least a Matrix-12, a Jupiter-8 and a Prophet T8 to properly demonstrate your talents. Whoever it is that is sponsoring your creativity will surely understand and capitulate to the level required to properly indulge the 'special' nature of your work. Im sure we can both agree that, despite the considerable amount of money already invested in your equipment, when it comes to 'verity' there should be no compromise.chilly7 wrote:whyterabbyt wrote:I really think only a real OB8 at 384Kz, 32-bit WAV could do justice to chilly7's obvious talents. Seens you picked my song i can tell that awry song i do the quality is better.( You can pick up my first song and my last and you see the quality is draisicaly is better.) I am workng on a new song. It is about 30 % ready. What is already done, i think it is pretty cool but i want to make full song. Maybe i finish it in about 2 month and the quality will be higher then my previs one. Then when i reach a sautern level of scills i will redo my previos songs.
I am not making nocence entertaiment, brainless, lair music which worship Satan (even thou most of thos bands deni they worship Satan) which masses like. I want to make music where you need to focus on verity. Make people to love each other with out exceptions. And as result of love do only good. Make people to think awrything only with their own brains and search for verity and nothing else.
My last song which was relised and this i am working right now is a a kind of meditation ( but in Orthodox Christianity way) or in another defenition is like a pray. You need deeply imagine it and focus on it. And the main and the only one focus is verity.
I was pretty disappointed in Diva

I was pretty disappointed in the devil. He has been ignoring me for ages, I've tried every form of worship you could imagine but not once has he offered to trade me great wealth and hedonistic pleasures in exchange for eternal possession of my immortal soul. I was starting to think he wasn't real, an imaginary character in some ancient mythology perhaps.
Maybe i have just been using the wrong instrumentation, I thought Alchemy would be the best choice after Camel's successful transcendence. Perhaps i was wrong, i knew there was something unholy about DIVA's filters. Thank you Chilly7, for enlightening me. Jah bless!

Satan? Wow, this just became interesting. Was he disappointed in Diva because she's not a virgin?

No, only that most users don't know what is "analog sound".
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

I had to sell Diva recently as it was the most expensive app I could get rid of and I needed the cash.
I knew I was going to regret it before it went, and now it's gone, I'm grieving.
It' my first purchase when funds allow. Great synth.

No, it means that the differences are small enough that small personal preferences decide, not measurable sonic attributes.BMoore wrote:So does that mean that Diva doesn't sound analog?pdxindy wrote:Except in the thread/video that the OP referenced, most users picked Diva as the Analog synthdeltaMACHINE wrote:Diva isn't that much good as everybody says !

it is a clever answer... but not accurate to the circumstance. Plenty of analog gearheads guessed in that thread and those people know what is "analog sound"BMoore wrote:So yes, and exactly.murnau wrote:No, only that most users don't know what is "analog sound".
