But you didn't pay anything for it, you got it free with Taktile controller

It's not like you have lost any money

If the Taktile controller is working you have evidence right there that Korg most def isn't a fraud company

How can you tell that it isn't included in the price?

OMG! Now you're going to justify Korgs FRAUD? I'll have you know that the bundled software was a deciding factor for me to choose the Korg product over many others. NOW, I hate the company and the controller that they sold me in total.

Why have you responded to this, instead of Ingonator's post which pointed out that you may be trying to register it in the wrong place?

When did you buy it, just now or some time ago?

The product seems to be discontinued at most of the biggest retailers, so where did you buy it from?

As i alraedy mentiond there is a dedicated website for bundled software:
http://www.korg-license-center.com/

I had also just forwared this to the OP by PM . I do not know if he alraedy used that website or not.

Korg WON'T LET ME contact them. That's what pisses me off the most. I need support to get the product licensed. Korg won't give me support unless the product is licensed.

This is what they tell me on the product support page. Please note the text I've highlighted in blue.

Why do you keep ignoring Ingonator's post about using the other Korg website?

From another forum/user with the same product/issue:
Secret: At KorgUser.net, choose "Korg Legacy Collection series" as the product to register, and then register each of the six plug-ins separately using authorization codes from korg-license-center.com.

1. Go to korg-license-center.com.
2. Enter the KORG Bundle Software PIN from the card that came with the Taktile.
3. Authorization codes appear for each plug-in. Copy the authorization code for the first plug-in you want to register (e.g., Wavestation).
4. Download and install the plug-in.
5. Open the plug-in. An authorization screen appears. Click the License Authorization button.
6. Click Next. Click Get License Code. KorgUser.net opens.
7. Create an account (or sign in if you have one).
8. Click Register Product.
9. (This is the unintuitive part): Select "KORG Legacy Collection series" from the Product Name menu.
10. Paste in the Locking Code from the plug-in window and the Authorization code from korg-license-center.com (the first site). The locking code may be filled out for you already.
11. After 30 seconds or so, the site generates a License Code. Copy that and paste it into the License Code box for the plug-in. Click the Enter button to complete the authorization.
12. Repeat for the other five plug-ins.
Another forumite mentioned that "Also, you have to register an account on the [korg-user.net] site"

Hopefully, that solves it for you.

Because bundled software does not seem to be handled by Korg User Net (like the "normal" versions) but by a dedicated website like i mentiined 2 times here and also by a PM i just sent.
Not sure what happens after it is registered at that other website. Maybe you could use User Net then.

I only have experiences with Korg User Net as i got the plugins long time ago when they were still protected by a dongle.

Carpenter, you're working yourself into a pointless frenzy over your own misunderstanding. If you want to get your software registered, do what Ingo recommends.

If you really believe Korg, one of the most respected synth manufacturers in the world, is committing FRAUD — a crime — by refusing to let you register free software, then you'd best contact a lawyer and prepare to take Korg to court. Railing against them here isn't going to get you results. I guarantee it. (ProTip: Neither will taking them to court, since they are not the ones who are in the wrong here.)

Go to the URL Ingo looked up for you, and follow the instructions. Then come back and tell us how it went. 'Kay? Thanks.

It seems OP would rather throw his tantrum than to attempt to resolve the issue by following one of the many methods other users have provided

Wonder what happens when Korg law team get wind of this slanderous rubbish. :dog:

When I open up the application, they all tell me to click on the popup link that says "Get License Code" from the server. When you click on "Get License Code", it AUTOMATICALLY takes you to Korg User Net. If I'm supposed to be at some other website, don't you think it's KORGS DUTY to see to it that the license link takes me to that other website? I'm ONLY doing what KORG has told me to do at every step. Nothing in the software and no one from Korg have told me to go to any other website. It's not my responsibility to fix Korgs broken software.

Now OP obviously troll is own thread. Time to leave or? :hihi:
