i have been trying to make a butter worth filter 48db lowpass and highpass but doesn't sound right maybe using wrong settings

I'm sorry but I can not help ,not much experience with these things
Here's an example with multimode filter

but I do not know if this is the correct way to get a 48 db filter
If not mistaken for an LP 48db you can put in series two LPF :TF-lowpass>>TF-lowpass.

Butterworth filters have a monotonically changing magnitude function with ω, unlike other filter types that have non-monotonic ripple in the passband and/or the stopband.

So, unless the standard LPF is Butterworth, you'll need to do more than stack them to get one. If it is, then nothing more than stacking is needed.

The 1PLp is a 1st order 6db/oct,the MMF 2nd order 12db/oct (?)if I'm not mistaken with the right setting you can get different butterworth order,
The TF-Lp is 24db/oct but I do not know more,
I did a couple of tests, obviously no scientific tests but from what I can see with the TF-Lp in series the result looks good.

Hey runaudio we have a screenshot of the new patch
what do you think of the new layout sketch?
It is a little different from the original S*1 but for mux makes more sense,at least for me.
I gave a look at three synths and tried to mix some things.
Anyway forget the old patch, is coming this new version,
I rebuild the patch from scratch and there is still some work to do but everything is going well.
I want to complete a basic version with a couple of days and then add some things:)
