I own the Eventide Anthology XI bundle, including the Physion (former Fission, name conflict with the iZotope?). I use it time to time, I think its a great effect to play with. I agree with DavidCarlyon, that Eventide seemed to run out of steem developing, not only the Physion, but the whole Structural Effects -concept. I hope I´m wrong with that.DavidCarlyon wrote:Interesting to see that they haven’t added any new effects to this one. Seems a bit of a shame.
However, melda mxxx now offers transient/tonal as a crossover.....so the possibilities there (with the 90ish effects/modulation system) is insane. Quite heavy on cpu tho...that’s the only problem thus far.
Anyone else using this?
Anayway, it looks very much so, now more than a year after launching the concept.
Companies such as Unfiltered Audio, Sonic Charge and Sugar Bytes seem to be much more agile and innovative with their product development, overtaken in many areas the effects king, despitete the great legacy of the Eventide.
I really wish the Eventide gets new boost, more fresh ideas and flexibility to their productization.
