For a "synth" band, weird that no-one of the main members are listed as keyboard players.

Not much lately.
Every decade 50-90 bunch of great names, in different (rock)genres.

For me most interestings "brit waves" were
Beatles/Kinks, Brit blues, Glam, Bowie, Prog, Queen, Punk, Kate Bush/Peter Gabriel, R&B/Doctor Feelgood (Wilko Johnson period), Sheffield heritage, Brit soul.

Early 70's was amusing, think just e.g.
Suzi Quatro, Mud, or the T.Rex (see latest especially line dance 1:15 ->).

Why not instead respond, or at least acknowledge, the posts of people who engaged with this thread seriously? It'd keep the thread a lot more positive for starters.
