to be honest mick it didnt sound angry to me either
it did owever sound lost and in despair which to be honest is where i think you are really and understandably so in this situation

right of the things listed in the first post this is the most important
yes you have to stay there its your home f**k all the other reasons

right so now what can we do?

how much exactly is your landlord after,if you dont wanna answr i will of course understand but im just tryna think on my feet while im typing so dont take any of it to heart either.

but in this instance i am being serious too,no jokes here i f**ked up enough last time so just at least let me try to help out here and well you know.

Rent stopped on 2nd February till present date.
That's now 21 weeks @ £50pw = £1,050, which more or less tallies with the summons threat they sent me a week or so back.
Plus about 600 and something quid council tax. Can't find the letters at the mo - they're all bundled together somewhere cos I keep having to take them here there and everywhere. They're around somewhere...

If you're thinking what I think you're thinking - don't even think it.

I don't owe this money, or the council tax.
Simple as, really.

Well, it's off to do battle for me - got a bunch of appointments and this week's gonna be a nightmare of red-tape, officious incompetance and bullshit, but I gotta get something sorted and I aint gonna rest till it's done.

I guess by the end of this week, I'll either have the HB bollocks sorted out (7 months in and I'm hoping to have it sorted within a week?

) or a notice to quit - one of the two.
Let's just hope it's the first one.

Wish me luck...

pough, these aren´t good news this time ..

glasso .. here comes another vote for "the track isnt angry"

really crisp production here, most of all i like the drums in the beginning ..

but i didnt find the melodies to be angry at all .. in some moments its even reminding me more of a good mood ..

i wish you all the very best this week, and as donk mentioned:
IF you really have to move this could be a good move, for reasons you dont know yet.
Hmm .. but are the chances good to get the amount of money you need?

Well, firstly, thanks to all you well-wishers and particularly all the pm's I've come home to.

Doh - you guys...

Went armed with a veritable forest of paperwork to my signing on place and sat with someone while she sent 3 emails, one after the other to make sure they got them down at the HBO.
Then she faxed them several times at 5 minute intervals, to piss them off.
She then tried to phone them - and had to sit pressing redial for the best part of an hour and a half cos they're ALWAYS engaged. When she finally did get through, she was put in a queue for a further 34 minutes (can you imagine doing this from home? I have - several fuckin times!).

Obviously when she finally got through, she was not in the best of moods. Now when this happens to me, they tell me that if I don't change my tone of voice they'll put the phone down.
They obviously said that to this woman, but she was smart enough to make sure of who she was talking to before the conversation started and used her status to threaten them when they started acting the c**t.

I then was sent, in an unprecedented move, to Longsight which is where the paying office is based.
They also faxed, emailed and wrote to the HBO.

This time tomorrow, they'll be so sick of seeing my name all over the fax, pc, mail room...
...and just to make sure of it, I'm off to the Citizens Advice as well, where they can do it all over again.

And we'll have some more of it the following day - and the day after that until they get the fuckin message and stop being such idiots. No-one can quite understand what's going on. You should see some of these letters I've got. One of them even contradicts itself 3 times in the same page with 3 completely different figures...

Fuckin HBO arseholes.
I'm now in the process of designing a rather tasty incendiary devise, just in case I get no joy from those twats and get my notice...
