I bet you're glad you invested in your daughters gender studies course now. It's already ruined your love affair with reaper. What's next?
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

I read that first thread that the OP linked to and I think it's awfully cute the way the one poster decided to blame America for his decision to emulate the worst it has to offer instead of the best.
Don't feed the gators,y'all

I don't think you'd find anyone on that forum seriously poking fun at someone with a mental disability.
Absolutely!
But what of shaved babies, and bald cats

Indeed! Words have many applications - Context is everything, kidsfluffy_little_something wrote:Retard is not really used for handicapped people, but as an insult for non-handicapped people that do stupid things.

Because its their cultural problem. They can't criticize themselves because of politically incorrectness. (Some imam are bravely criticizing their cultural problem though.) That is why people outside of their culture are satirizing by laughing at the cartoon. This is how we common people have showed and exchange their opinion indirectly. Stop trying to control and manipulate the field where you don't even belong. That is called authoritarianism.sjm wrote: I'm not Muslim, but don't see the point in printing cartoons mocking the prophet Mohammed. That's just intended to cause uproar and offence. It's not necessary. You might not agree with the idea that depicting Mohammed is a sin, but you can still show a bit of respect towards those that do. I like the way that Civ 4 included religions in the game - including Islam - and also featured prophets. But Mohammed does not make an appearance and is not depicted in-game, just to show a little cultural sensitivity. Why not? It doesn't ruin the game for non-Moslems, it just shows an understanding of other cultures.

I find it somewhat ironic that both the OP and sjm, while commenting on the insensitivity and insulting comments of others, choose to be insulting and insensitive themselves.
The OP decided to call Ghettosynth "alt-right" with no proof of his political stance. Nothing posted by GS in this topic shows any political leaning, yet the OP felt the need use an insult simply because someone disagreed with him.
Then this: "It's quite clear from the post that the poster is a "moron", for want of a better term. Not much you can do about that, except not elect him as POTUS."
How is it clear the the poster is a moron? Moron, like retard is a word that is nowadays considered an insult.
As for the want of a better term how about childish? Rude or crass? There are few words right there that better describe the post and are not words considered insults.
Then you double down on your insult by calling the POTUS a moron as well. Again, lots of other words to describe Trump than using insults. Like irresponsible. Unqualified for his position. Lacking common sense.
So I guess if you wish others to be more sensitive you should be reminded of the saying "change starts with me, not them".
