Hungary will object to the notion of "we cannot rely on individual European countries" by saying yes, we will ban them, we will not be waiting on the EU. And by being a responsible country, once again, Hungary will be unpopular in the EU.

My point is that it's all insanity. That we're so caught up in the flow of life that we can't appreciate how mad it all is. All the while, we take so much for granted and (re)examine very little.

This is the real setting of our politics and discourse, our mores, our entire where-with-all.
