Anyone check it in Plugindoctor for aliasing?

I know it's annoying this obsession with reducing aliasing, but besides clippers, limiters are the worst culprits for it and oversampling is close to essential for this type of extremely fast gain reduction.

As of this writing, there is aliasing if you use the saturation at lower sample rates.

If you're using it at ~48k, avoid the saturation. Otherwise, it's clean as a whistle.

Solution is on the way :
Sonible @ Gearspace wrote:we're currently considering to further increase oversampling for the saturation chain (not an integral part of the limiting chain) to make sure that the effect becomes even more robust for extreme(!) settings.

Thanks for that. I got to get on this Gearspace thread.

What does this do if i already have Elephant and Pro-C2 (and i mostly limit for 2-3dB, everything else is compressed and clipped)?

It's just different, better is subjective. It's very clean if you don't use the saturation which will be oversampled in an update. I like the balance and bass control on it and it's very quick to use. All modern limiters are very good.

I'm also limiting generally 1-3dB for every track, but all limiters have a sound/flavor to them. I'm always auditioning a few different options per track to see which best suites that particular material. Elephant is a great choice and gets heavy use here, but it's not always the right pick. It always sounds good, but another might be a better or at least different enough to fit that particular track.

Not much. But try it and see if it works better for you. For me I saw no rationale for purchasing it as I already have a great sounding limiter solution and smart:limit didnt bring enough better to the table for me.

Hm, not M1 native is kindof a turnoff on its own.

Damn. I'm still having problems with their openGL implementation on my Intel Mac. Hopefully they update the architecture soon.
