The new edition of Computer Music magazine (#318, March 2023; mine arrived yesterday, 23/1/23) is all about control surfaces and the like.
(Additional hint: next month's, due approx Feb 22nd, will include Waveform Free as a download and there will be extensive guides to using it and to use it to make music in several genres).
What control surfaces are people using?

Yamaha 01V digital mixer - would like to use it as a control surface. It shows up in Tracktion as 8 midi controllers but does not appear to have any effect when I move the faders when trying to set it up as a custom control surface. Anyone have any success setting up one of these as a control surface? If so how did you do it?

I recently purchased an Akai MPC Studio mkII controller. Being able to use this controller in Waveform would be awesome, since it has a lot of control options. They have created an Ableton controller script for it so I'm assuming that something similar could be created for Waveform... Would happily pay for a script that works in Waveform.
