Either do what Bob says (introduce a little attack), or make sure "retrigger" is turned on. This will start that oscillator at the beginning of its phase cycle, rather than some point in between itself. This will also be visually reflected in the window.

Ok, guys here is my track for this month I think I got a very decent result given I had to use the Ildaeil wrapper plugin to get it to work. I would have liked to have had the extra automation of the synth's parameters but I mostly worked around this.
I used Ableton Live with Ildaeil with 15 instances (hence the name) and there effects EQ eight, Drum Buss, LoudMax, Utility, Glue compressor, Saturator, Ozone Imager 2, LFO, Reverb, Auto Filter, Arpeggiator.
