well, some plugins doesn`t work in reaper
but they work in imag-line minihost
and image-line minihost works inside reaper

that thing has the best vst plugin parameter randomizer?

most plugin parameter randomizers usually randomizes everything
but tobybear minihost parameter randomizer can be configured to select only one parameter to randomize, if i want

it`s not bad, but it randomizes everything?

most times, i don`t want to randomize the panning parameter
i want control 7 unrandomized too
and other parameters are better left alone too

herman sieb vsthost is unique
you just drop the vst plugin`s .dll file onto its gui and voila the plugin is loaded

can`t drop .dll files onto reaper

whichever ones don't crash the DAW or the computer and which have an interface that can be learned in a reasonable amount of time.
it's a plus if they come with decent presets and/or can be loaded up with presets by other users (from KVR or wheverever).
but if the sound quality is crappy then it has to go even if it has a good reputation otherwise.
