The technique in Tracktion is to snip at smaller transients! Try turning the gain up for the clip if they're too quiet to see easily (you can select all the clips and set them back to unity in one go afterwards).. but I usually find that the ear canluka2807 wrote:basicaly, this is how sensitivity slider in phatmatik pro works. do a better job of identifying where a loop needs slicing than any piece of software, so then its just a matter of locating the points your hear and hitting "/".
This is one of those things that seems much harder than it is.. I think its more fun doing it this way tbh! The only thing I miss is linking the clips..
