Yamaha 01x

The Yamaha has a Mackie emulation mode and already works with T2 with the exception of the 'record' button. Since the 01x seems to work with all manner of other softwares, it has to be a coding problem with T2. Fix that and I'll be a happy chappie.

02R96V2 - Cubase SX supports this well but I don't like that Cubase forces me to use their built-in wave editor. I appreciate that Traction let's me seamlessly use Adobe Audition. So, I'm doing without the control for now. But please add it.

Two Peavey PC-1600x, and a ucapps.de Midibox64 under development.
Seems like you'd have to work to *not* support generic controllers.

Reasons I don't own Tracktion2:
I'm not convinced the "protection scheme" protects my interests as much as it does the publisher's. Fails the "desert island" test.
MCU spec is not made public, and requests about this received unsatisfactory replies that revealed an aggressively anti-consumer viewpoint held by the company. (This is usually fatal to the prospect of my business.)

As you all know, T2 added direct support for MCU and C4 control surfaces. Many of you have asked for more support of 3rd party surfaces. I just want to get a feel about how important supporting 3rd party controllers is to you. So please answer this poll AND respond to the thread. Some ground rules. 4. For lack of technical jargon: could T2 plot "curvy" points when I automate fades/pans/etc? For now it gives straight lines...unless I'm a fool and am missing something. Thanks! You made me switch from Logic Audio!
