One for Martinic AX73 CLAP
This has the first 6 pages devoted to the upper perform page and I also made an identical one for lower (slightly expanded to make use of all available slots) - the rest is devoted to the deeper settings panels, lower are reduced a bit as it was getting too big to be practical

Hey bitwiggers, i stumbled upon this thread and as a new'ish bitwig user (and an owner of a few of the VST's mentioned) I wanted to load up the device panels, but I have no idea how to do so. I checked on youtube and there are a few videos on how to use device panels, but they are bit out of date. Can someone point me in the direction of a tutorial, or some documention on how to use the device panels, and performance pages. Thanks!

see first post in this thread. after you added them to your system you use them like it's written in the Bitwig manual under remote pages

I am still struggling to get this to work....I have unzipped the files and saved them to the folder as per below location. I made one device panel in bitwig which must have created the devices folder correctly. However, in Bitwig I see no device panels when I try to open them. Any suggestions?

So in the devices folder you see folders like this?
And in each of those folders is a file named: Default.bwremotecontrols?
Because that is how it should be set up.
And you opened a plugin in bitwig that has a Default.bwremotecontrols file and is the right type of plugin?
So for example: if the files you placed in the devices folder are for a vst3 plugin, then you opened the vst3 plugin? So not the vst2 or clap?
You opened the remote view by clicking on the knob icon? If all this is correct and it's still not working then either your bitwig version is older than the version the remote files we're made with, or you changed Bitwig paths and are looking in the wrong folder.
You still should be able to make a remote setup for yourself.
On the first line of each Default.bwremotecontrols file there is text like this: application_version_name 5.1.3
5.1.3 means it's made in Bitwig 5.1.3. So that is probably the oldest Bitwig version you can use that file with.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Thanks for the detailed answer drsyncenstein. I checked the devices folder after I created my own panels, and there was nothing there. I also noted there is another devices folder on my E drive, which is the default drive I use for my songs. Its a separate SSD. I noted that Bitwig did not save any device panels there either. So its a bit of a mystery now since I do not know where Bitwig is saving my device panels as its not in the default locations. I have tried using both of the folders and pasting the device panels into the folder as per your screenshot and it doesn't work. I am on V5.1.6 and many of these panels pre-date this version so I don't think its that. I also believe I am using the correct versions of the plug ins....so yeah, a bit puzzlingdrsyncenstein wrote: Tue Jun 25, 2024 6:08 pm So in the devices folder you see folders like this?
