Btw, were you guys able to find sound samples of the new upcoming AT2 Hendrix Edition?

I tried looking on IKMM's website but it seems that it is not working for me at the moment.

The two winners can just contact me when the product is out to redeem the prize. That was fun wasn't it? We should do that kind of thing more often in the forums, particularly the Sonic Reality forum because... well, just like when I was a kid with the random caller on the radio (I used to try that and I won one time actually... was a fun feeling!!!! 96X you are the 19th caller!!!!). Hey, if you guys are going to hang around and talk so much you deserve a little fun quiz once in a while. I may do one more for a third prize but I have to think of a good question because the product info is out and I can't keep doing it the same way.

I know dude, I mean I'm not a AT2 user, I know nothing about it. I saw some trailer for it on ik's site but it went by really fast and I don't play guitar so it all went comphleeetly over my head. I just couldn't resist a 327 page thread!

Squids, that would be extremly cool!

The problem is that it is a bit unfair depending on the timezones for people that will be sleeping when the contest is started, and they wake up and than the contest has already ended.

Maybe you should accept all answers for a limited period of time (ex, 2 days) and then do a draw from correct answers to declare the winner.

On a different note, Squids, do you have any sound samples from AT2JH?

No audio clips but IK has a cool video that will be up soon with a great tribute band playing it live at NAMM. People were going nuts over that at the show.

BTW, as a complete aside. AT2 sounds great with my Proco Rat in front of it (ok, maybe I don't necessarily NEED a Rat model, but I still want one anyway). I just thought I'd share that, because my Pod 2.0 and Guitarport both sounded like ass with real stompboxes for some bizarre reason. I might just have to hook up the whole pedalboard one of these days.

I went into a store today that had a Univibe with the pedal for $1,800. Vox Wah $650. Fuzzface $650. Fuzztone $600. Mosrite Fuzzrite $800.

Boy am I glad there's an AmpliTube Jimi Hendrix Edition coming! It's a dream come true for the guitarist who wanted these pedals but just couldn't quite afford to spend thousands of dollars on them. I loved seeing those pedals in the store but I can't justify paying those prices.

Amplitube 2 Jimi Hendrix RELEASED this month!!!
