FYI: Had some trouble with the Spark dub installer. On the mac it failed at verification stage, but I was able to run and authenticate without a problem. So far everything checks out. Seems to be an installer glitch.

EDIT: Running 10.8.5 on a quad core i7

You probably need to call them. It's surprising the number of vendors that do not know how to properly send email to avoid being classified as spam. My codes had gone into the spam bucket, and my ISP (Network Solutions, one of the worst in the world) provides no means to retrieve spam messages or mark a domain as exempt from spam filtering. I asked MF to resend to my Gmail account and all is well.

Called customer service...coupon codes are out, but more are supposed to be on the way. Problem being...many of us ordered yesterday and have nothing...some ordered today and have their code.

Weird. I know why I deal with JRR now.

Ok I have an update for those waiting for the serial. What I did was to contact the chat (once more) and tell them that I didnt receive the email. I had to print my confirmation email to a pdf-file and attach it because he told me that the license were stated as delivered from Arturia. So what he did was to contact Arturia and attach the pdf, so hopefully they should resend the email (I didnt receive it as several others). I tried to login at my Arturia account and I can tell you it looks like a mess. They have gotten a new website and when I look at my account I have several products in there twice where on of each is stated as "unregistered" but with serials and unlock codes. On the other hand one of my product is missing and thats Spark Vintage Drum Machine. So that's why they are giving me the Dubsteb for a bargain. They took the other one away. Cheaters!

Edit: Now I received a download link for the demo version of Dubstep. I'm so grateful for that.

Ok super. U-he has the Presswerk in beta if you just want to spend some money there . Anyway I think you could contact U-he here at KVR in their Forum. I think they would be kind enough to let people buy Hive in beta-state or something for the $25.
