I'm having trouble downloading v2.2 currently.

Logged in, went to 'BUY' (aquire as free gift) and I can see it in my 'Personal Data' page (incl. 'Download Nora' button for v2.2).
But when I click on the button nothing happens, it just seems to loop back or something.

Tried with Chrome and FF.

Any help / anyone else experience this ?

Sorry, disregard the above.
I was just confused because there wasn't a 'email sent' notification popup or something, but the email was sent fine to me.

I did as you describe in Chrome; acquire gift>go to personal page>click on 2.2 button several times>watch status bar messages>check email>nothing in my email>What should I do now?

2 things I can suggest Musical Gym;

1.) Refresh your inbox.
2.) Check spam box. (More likely of the two.)

There isn't yet, it will avaliable in this week. We always work in the same way: release it as soon as possibe for our current clients and then create the demo version

Thanks but no email in my in-box or spam folder. Maybe I need to give alternate email address if provider is blocking it (unless I can change that).
Can you let me know which email address you replied from at Squaredheads.com?
Google is showing an unsafe scripts warning for the web page; just letting you know in case you want to look into it.

I replied you from support@. Maybe that's the problem, that your ISP provider is blocking any mail from @squaredheads.com. It is not the first time it happens, but it's kinda weird it happens now, because you're a customer and you succefully purchased in the past. Could you check what changed with your current ISP?

I think it's not related with the unsafe scripts.

I tried to add another email address to my personal page at squaredheads, but it won't allow me to change it.

I would prefer if you will allow me to provide you with an alternate gmail address to send further communications. I checked posts by other users of my ISP who have had the blocking issue similar to mine and I don't want to spend time on trying to fix the ISP's issues. If I can re-register with other email address at squaredheads, it will help.

It's pretty likely you have to register with another email address, because the db need some work before the user can change their email. I've received your last email, I will foward it to Oscar that will take charge of that and he will advice you the best way to do it

Is anyone having a problem trying to get Nora 2.2 to load in Studio One 2.6.5+ 64bit?
NoraHarm loads ok, but Nora won't load.
