No. I think that it is not the right device for this task.

It is on my todo list to disable it with long press as well. For the time being, simply select a different mode (e.g. press MIX). If you want to get rid of the selection switch between two drum pads.

I cannot reproduce that. It looks as there is somehow a first pad press still stored since it changes note lengths when you only press one pad. What did you do before to get into this situation?

Is there a way to make a Bitwig script that adds clip recording functionality? If so check out this idea. A youtuber pointed out how cool it would be to have a loop station in Bitwig.
Clip recording action record in next free scene slot. This would engage recording of another instrument in a scene in succession after finishing the recording of a clip above it. Powerful loop station tool

Should be possible. I did a simple version on foot controller devices (e.g. Push) as an option.

Sorry, I am afraid I have no idea about this. I cannot reproduce it and no one else did report such an issue so far.

Thanks Moss you have guided me to find that the problem was the pad, i think a grain of dust had been messing with it, some gentle massaging of the pas seems to have dislodged whatever it was and now its working fine.

Am I missing the option to change the keyboard layout from 3rd, 4th and sequent., as well as horizontal/vertical or does this not exist? cheerio
