Agree. FWIW, I compared Waves API 2500 with the UAD one and I decided to skip the UAD one as there's hardly any noticeable difference (UAD one has ever so slightly more punch). Not at all worth spending $60 more (or $35 more if you have a thank you voucher) on the UAD one. Alternatively, if someone already has the UAD version, they don't need the Waves one. Just my 2 cents.

I bought it and it worked. (upgrade from MPS5)
Izotope has a good history of super flash deals (which may also have been pricing errors), act fast or it's gone.

I feel the same and at the same time I'm happy about it. It reinforces my resistance to upgrading. In fact I'm thinking about emailing them and ask them for $229 or so for me to downgrade to v5 or earlier.

Or buy the Acustica version which is much better---when it's on sale....

[Edit: on second thought, the compressor action can be wonky on some material, so maybe not... the EQs and the saturation/hardware character are great though, if saturation/character is what you're really after.]

According to the iZotope site, Stutter Edit 2 is part of the MPS 6 package, but I don't see it anywhere (Product Portal).
