As I understand it from previous replies in this thread, switching keys simply isn't possible anymore at any level.

If that’s true, what’s the purpose of having that delete icon? Wouldn’t that be another bug then?

I would LOVE to be wrong on this but as far as I know then yes, they have just forgotten to remove the delete icon...

Clicking the trash icon will uninstall it from my system, but I only have a free account at this point.

That is something else, we're talking about the delete icon next to the synths in the "Loyalty Program" section of your account when you login to https://www.roland.com/cloud/account-detail - clicking that icon used to do something but now it only gives an error message.

Yes. Specifically, it will now give you this error message
"Unable to delete products for your@email.address attached to the rule."

What a great way to change that policy. Don't tell anyone, leave the UI functions there, but throw an error message. Perfect execution all around.

No they did'nt add Envelope Release on the Pcm's in Zenology Pro only on the built in Adsr envelope so you can dial it back if needed if you have Zen Pro and it is not on all sounds but on Many that uses Reverb on the HW.

The Pcm's are Original and sound the same on hw and sw.

I hope they will update the Presets closer to the Original sound and if not there is a Easy fix if you encounter the lousy Adsr programming on those sounds.

I cancelled my Ultimate plan which expires next month after 1 year of membership, and my 2 Play4Life keys vanished from my account. Sent an e-mail to support. Meh!

What the flip??? Please let us know the details and the outcome. My Ultimate expires in three weeks, so I’m super interested in what happens with your Loyalty keys.

Jon, my P4L Ultimate expires on July 30. When I click the promo link, the button for Ultimate says “active” and does nothing when I click it, and the button for Pro says “unavailable” and is grayed out. I have two Loyalty keys that I haven’t used yet. Apparently, these disappear if I let my subscription expire, but it seems I can’t downgrade to Pro until my Ultimate expires. So, I’m looking for clarity around the Loyalty keys and whether I need to use them before my subscription ends. Roland has supposedly changed the way this works without announcing those changes or documenting them, so can you please help with some guidance?
